    Based in Shanghai, Pushers is a proud producer of Craft Tea & Coffee since 2012. Founded by Zen Lam and the Swedish Sorum Brothers; Bennie and Dannie, Pushers have been redefining the way China is drinking tea. Quickly gaining recognition for its “craft beer” approach to the most iconic beverage of China.

    The trio will for the first time ever be revealing their latest store concept, Tea Chop by Pushers exclusively at Cafe Culture 2019. Here fresh seasonal fruits meet the chop-block, and a whole lot of tea of course.

    A pioneer of specialty coffee in Melbourne, St Ali has long been a temple for breakfast-goers and coffee lovers. Headed by 2018 Australia Latte Art Champion and barista-coach Shinsaku Fukayama, St Ali has established a world-class coffee offering that is relevant with a sprinkle of rock and roll. Along with Shinsaku, head barista Kirk Pearson will also be present at our show to serve up a perfect cup to you.

    Founded and run by coffee enthusiasts Peter N. Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen, this Danish coffeehouse, coffee school and roastery has won gold in both the World Barista Championship and World Cup Tasting championships. Slick yet cosy, it boasts a perfect “hygge” experience.
