International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE)

 

ISPE, the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, is the Society of choice for nearly 25,000 pharmaceutical manufacturing professionals in 90 countries.

ISPE aims to be the catalyst for "Engineering Pharmaceutical Innovation" by providing Members with opportunities to develop technical knowledge, exchange practical experience, and collaborate with global regulatory agencies. Founded in 1980, ISPE has worldwide headquarters in Tampa, Florida; an Asia Pacific office in Singapore; a European office in Brussels, Belgium; and Affiliates and Chapters in 19 countries around the world.
ISPE provides technological knowledge, education, and guidance documents for pharmaceutical industry, provides forums for exchange among industry, suppliers, academia, and regulators. ISPE has strong ties with regulatory authorities worldwide and connects technical professionals from all segments of the pharmaceutical industry around the world.

The ISPE Singapore Affiliate was registered and launched at the ISPE Singapore Conference in 2000, and now has more than 400 Members and is still growing. We have welcomed more than 130 additional regional Members from countries such as the Philippines, China, Malaysia and Indonesia all who have expressed a strong interest in supporting Affiliate activities.

Media Development Authority

 

The Media Development Authority of Singapore (www.mda.gov.sg) promotes the development of vibrant and competitive film, television, radio, publishing, music, games, animation and interactive digital media industries in Singapore. It has developed an industry masterplan, Singapore Media Fusion 2015 (www.smf.sg) to advance this goal. MDA also promotes a connected society, consumer choice and a pro-business environment.

Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau

 

The Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau (SECB) is a non-profit division of the Singapore Tourism Board.

It has three roles relating to the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) industry - that of industry development, business development and marketing.

Together, these 3 roles serve to maintain and strengthen Singapore’s position as a world-class MICE destination by:

- stimulating interest in Singapore as a venue for meetings, conventions, exhibitions and incentive travel programme
- presenting the advantages of, and the facilities for, staging meetings and special events in Singapore
- promoting attendance of delegates and their companions in conventions and exhibitions scheduled to take place in Singapore
- coordinating with convention officials to ensure the successful planning and staging of their meetings and events in Singapore

Singapore Institute of Architects

 

The Singapore Institute of Architects is a professional organisation established in 1961 with the objective to promote the architectural profession and the built environment in Singapore. The Institute is the sole representative for the architectural profession in Singapore. 

The Institute vision is to develop Singapore as an Architecture Capital. Our mission is to champion for excellence in architecture and the built environment. This mission is driven by four key strategic thrusts:
-   Design
-   Practice
-   Education
-   Institution

The management of the affairs of the Institute is the responsibility of an elected Council, comprising 17 members, one of whom, the Registrar of the Board of Architects, Singapore, is an ex-officio member. Of the 17 members, six are office bearers, who are collectively responsible for the administration and financial matters of the Institute.

The mission of the Business Travel & MICE (Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions and Exhibitions) Group is to champion Singapore's position as one of the most dynamic business events destinations in the world where people, technology and ideas converge to create great value for customers.

The Business Travel & MICE group is responsible for developing and attracting business events as key drivers of the tourism sector, creating exceptional experiences for Business & MICE visitors and establishing a vibrant Business & MICE environment with strong industry players, robust alliances and world class infrastructure.
