| SINGAPORE - PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVES |
Reporting to your Project Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of exhibition space, sponsorships and account management for the assigned international shows under a wide range of industries in our business, such as Maritime, Building, Electronics, Media etc. You will actively seek the right customers, explore their marketing needs and provide customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals. A self-starter, you will drive hard and persevere to meet the sales targets and show objectives. Deepening yourself in this industry, you will develop strong industry knowledge and relationships and in time to come, be recognized for your industry expertise.
Requirements and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline, and with 2 or more years of solid sales experience
- Extremely high sales focus and discipline. Continually seek to improving your selling skills
- Strong sales achievements in past jobs
- Self-starter; able to work independently
- Proactive, energetic, resourceful and with a drive to succeed
- Presentable; strong written and oral communication skills
- Preferably with Sales experience in the M.I.C.E industry

| SINGAPORE - SYSTEM ANALYST |
Job Responsibilities
- To lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and support of business solutions
- Maintain and ensure that the day-to-day system operations run smoothly
- Installation and administration of business systems, maintaining the sharepoint portal
- Databases administration and ensure Corporate data security policy is in place
- Work closely with users in various business functions to determine issues and propose solutions
- Expected to devote 60% of your time performing hands-on applications development and support and 40% on project management and documentation
Requirements and Experience
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in software and application development that requires analysis and design work and 2 years of supervisory of experience in a system support environment, with an in-depth understanding on application
- Must have at least 2 years relevant experience on MS Sharepoint and working knowledge on MS.Net, SQL server
- Fluency in spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
- Strong analytical abilities and leadership skills
- Highly motivated fast learner with a strong sense of commitment, good working attitude and initiative
- Full of drive to make genuine contribution to the organization and able to respond swiftly to critical system issues at all times
- Able to work independently and under pressure.

| SENIOR PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE – MALAYSIA OFFICE |

| CHINA - FINANCE MANAGER |
Based in China, you will report to the Group Controller. You will have previous work experience in China in a finance manager role. Working in a team, your job includes analytical and strategic planning, budgeting and overseeing the accounts. You are expected to prepare management reports and year end schedules and be able to interpret accounts, financial analysis and schedules. In addition, you are also required to have previous experience in acquisition, dealing with due diligence team and the legal processes as well as the setting up of a JV company in China.
Requirements and Experience
- An Accounting degree
- At least 7 years of experience in both external audit and accounting in commercial environment
- Analytical, innovative, high degree of initiative, good logical skills, good time management skills and motivation skill
- Able to work independently and communicate in Mandarin
- Flexibility to be located in one of the cities in China, depending on the business needs
